2025 Events at Jefferson Barracks Historic Site

Join us in JB Park on Saturday, October 11 as we ring in the Spooky Season with ghostly tales told by customed storytellers. Fire pits and noises from the woods set the scene for this once-a-year exclusive event. Tickets are $12 per person and advance registration is required. Online registration will be available starting August 20 with two story times being offered. There is limited space for this annual event so mark your calendars now to get tickets for one of the two evening sessions. More details are available on the St. Louis County Civic Rec webpage.

Bring your best dog friend and take a guided walking tour through Jefferson Barracks Historic Site. Join the park's museum educator and learn about significant areas and the events that took place at Jefferson Barracks. The tour begins near the flag pole at the Visitor Center. Please note: All dogs must be on a leash to attend this event. There is a $5 fee and registration is required. You can register for this event on the St. Louis County Civic Rec webpage. 

 JB Hayrides are back! The Pavilion at Lemay and St. Louis County Parks and Recreation invites you to take a hayride through Jefferson Barracks Park. This event will offer the opportunity to enjoy bonfires, s’mores and music! The event is scheduled from 6:00pm to 9:00pm and requires a fee of $10 per person, all ages are welcome!
